Milan Hoidar Executive Search Consultancy was established in the spring of 2002 and during its relatively short existence, it has already won a prestigious position in the recruitment of executive staff and professionals, focusing particularly on the methods of direct search. In addition to our high professional level, based on our more than fifteen years of experience in Executive Search, we offer an individual approach to each client and the friendly atmosphere of our cooperation. Our focus is not on single projects (even though such form of cooperation is acceptable, as well), but our primary objective is to establish long-term relationships with our clients, based on mutual confidence, understanding and business partnership, during which we fully and consistently respect and pursue our clients' interests. Confidential data provided by our clients and candidates are used exclusively for the purposes of consultations within the project in question, We never provide our clients or candidates with misleading information. We inform both sides honestly, using all the information to which we have access at the given moment.
We consistently follow the recognised the Executive Search principles (Association of Executive Search Consultants, A.E.S.C.). We thus pledge to the “off-limits” policy, i.e. we never contact any of the client's employees for one year after the completion of the last project (appointment). In line with Czech law, we also follow the principles concerning the administration and procession of candidates' personal data, stipulated in the Law No. 101/2000 Coll.
