Executive Search – Direct Search for Candidates This service is used particularly with respect to various positions in intermediate management, strategic top management positions and specialised positions that require specific professional or personal qualifications. This internationally proven and recognised method is a guarantee of a highly effective search for candidates, including the identification of a target group of suitable candidates in the existing market, discretion in contacting, interviewing and assessing them, followed by the selection of the most suitable candidates and their presentation to the client. Selected candidates are presented together with verified references. Thanks to this method, we are able to offer a higher quality of candidates compared to standard advertising methods, without relying on whether or not the right candidate would read the right advert at a right time. Prior to the commencement of our search, we must learn about the needs and requirements of our clients to be able to precisely define the target group of candidates during the first stage, and selected the best ones through a series of interviews and assessments during the second stage. Guarantee and Liabilities after Appointment We provide a 6-month guarantee for the presented and recommended candidates. The length of guarantee is independent of the candidate's position in the organizational structure. If an employment contract is cancelled within the guarantee period (whether by the recommended candidate or the client), we undertake to search out another candidate without any claim for additional compensation.
